The KE Team |
| Key to KE’s success in providing the very best adventure travel trips is our team of dedicated and experienced staff. |

hether it be answering the phone in the office, leading groups on high mountains or preparing your evening meal, KE staff play a critical part in ensuring you have an enjoyable and memorable adventure.
KE Directors and Office Staff
Seeking each year to add new adventures to the KE brochure, Tim Greening and Glenn Rowley are still very much 'hands on' directors. Personal experience and thorough reconnaissance are the hallmarks of KE's success and when Tim and Glenn return from a research trip full of enthusiasm for a new destination, we know we're on to a winner.
Office Staff
The team of KE office staff is amongst the most experienced in the business, with the proven ability to set up and operate a worldwide programme of adventures. Every one has adventure travel at heart and several join trips each year. In 2007 members of our office team travelled to places as widely dispersed as: Austria, Cuba, France, India, Italy, Kenya, Laos and Cambodia, Libya, Morocco, Nepal, Oman, Peru, Reunion Island, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tanzania and Tibet.
It is this depth of experience that makes KE stand out from other adventure travel operators. When you contact KE, by phone or e-mail, or visit our office, you will find the help and advice you need, from someone who has actually done the trip and can give you the benefit of their first-hand experience.

A competent, caring and efficient leadership team is essential for any group of adventure travellers. By definition, this type of travel will involve the unexpected, be it sudden storms, route diversions or transport breakdown. Thousands of satisfied clients can confirm that KE leaders take such situations in their stride, be it as rescuer, nurse, diplomat or mechanic.
All of our holidays are accompanied by an experienced KE leader, most of whom have worked for KE for many years. Many are professional guides and instructors with an unrivalled knowledge of the areas in which they work. In addition to having the technical skills to ensure your safety, KE expects its leaders to be active members of the group. A leader should be fun to travel with and ready to share with you their enthusiasm for adventure travel and their knowledge of the area.
Alongside the group leader, there will be a local support crew, which could be just a driver, or a complete team of guides, drivers, porters, mule-herders and cooks. The hard work of our support crews, along with the fascinating insight they can offer into their local culture, is integral to providing you with the very best holiday experience.
