The rugged Andes mountain range is the dominant topography along the entire western border, effectively separating Argentina from Chile. At 6962 metres, Aconcagua is the country's high point and also the highest summit outside of Asia. The Incas called the mountain Ancocahuac - the White Sentinel. Whether sightseeing at the Perito Moreno Glacier, trekking in the Los Glaciares National Park or climbing on Aconcagua, there are plenty of adventures to be found in Argentina.
