Sri Lanka - Island Explorer

By: Carrie Carruthers, Northampton, UK

We were completely satisfied with our holiday - thank you! We wanted something with an adventurous spirit and with some physical activity. Also we wanted an all inclusive package. We have travelled with other companies and disliked the random way that some food is included and some not. It was very relaxing to know we were full board throughout.

Family Tour du Mont Blanc

By: Catherine Hewes, Wiltshire, UK

Everything was great - highlights would have to be the Bonatti Hut which everyone thought was the high point (almost literally!) of the holiday. I would especially like to express thanks for the fantastic meals my coeliac/vegetarian daughter received as we were led to believe this might be a problem but everyone made a huge effort and her meals were excellent everywhere we went.

Jordan Family - Wadi Rum, Petra and the Dead Sea

By: Clare Cammack, Cumbria, UK

Loved being in the Wadi Rum, particularly Burdah Bridge and camel trekking for the kids. Petra was fantastic. The Dead Sea was great fun, better than expected.

Family Turkey - Anatolian Adventure

By: Susan Boxall, Bristol, England

Food was wonderful and Turan was very good at encouraging our boys to eat local turkish food.Special mention for Ibo our driver who was always friendly and willing to help. The cook Adam on our camping trip was great and got involved with playing cards with the boys.Turan our guide provided excellent information, knowledgeable and well educated.Itinerary offer a variety of activities. Our boys are 9 and 11. Only downside was the boys not being able to dash off on their horses at top speed. Their highlights are as follows:9 year old - camping, horse-riding. My nine year complained about walking and views (but he would rather be playing football and rugby!!)11 year old - walking, horse-riding, Turkish bath and hot air ballooning. Adults - exceeded all expectations.

Vietnam - Jungles and Junks

By: Lizzie Twigger, London, UK

Very helpful input from your office staff early on when we were trying to decide on our holiday. Very supportive throughout.

All the support crew wwere excellent. the cook in the mountains was superb. Loved the homestays. Overnight train great fun. Time in the mountains very special.

Thanh (the guide) was key to our enjoyment, we cannot praise him highly enough, organised, reliable and great company.

Tigers, Temples and Taj

By: Ronchetti Family, Lincolnshire, UK

Ketan (our guide) from KVT couldn't have been better. He was good company, great at giving us info on the sights and also background on life in India, religions etc. He was great at pacing things to the group (as we finally rebelled against another 5am start !)and giving space to us during "free time". He was super with the children and seemed genuinely interested in providing us with a great time and showcasing India. We've never used a guided tour like this before (we tend to travel independently) but for somewhere as different as India it was essential and Ketan was brilliant. Once again we'd lke to sing Ketan's praises. We were somewhat nervous about a guided tour but he was excellent.

Morocco - Bougmez Valley Family Adventure

By: Jennifer Staines, Hertfordshire, UK

Hassan was a great guide, always smiling and helpful and knowledgeable. I most enjoyed Camping, the scenery, learning about the Berbers.

Atlas to the Atlantic - Morocco Family Adventure

By: Toni Powell, Colchester, UK

Rashid, our guide, was brilliant with my children. They loved him! He played with them, looked after them - wish I could have brought him home!

Morocco Family Holiday - Camels on the Beach

By: Ildiko Pleesz, Budapest, Hungary

Our leader, Mohamed Idali was absolutely fantastic. He was always happy, very friendly and entertaining, ready to answer all our questions and joking and laughing with us, our children, and the crew. I think he did much more to make sure that everybody was happy, than his job requires, he was the most excellent host. We do miss seeing his kind and happy face already.

We really enjoyed this holiday, we loved the company of our fellow travellers and the trek crew, actually I would be happy to go back tomorrow and do it all over again, if I could. Excellent.

My children, Rachel 12 and Hanna 11, loved the trip so much, that the were actually quite sad to be coming home. They had a lot of fun, loved riding the camels, loved the camping, and of course Mohamed.

Les Petits Caravaniers - Family Adventure Trek

By: Simon Maudslay, Chester, UK

Our local guide, Mohammed, was calm friendly and informative. Very well done! The kids had fun, we will take them on another cultural experience next year. The contact with the locals, guide and support crew was great and the three families also hit it off. We loved sleeping outside the tent on the sand dunes watching the stars and enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the surroundings.
