British Cyclists raise popularity of Cycling
Bradley Wiggins, Chris Froome and world champion Mark Cavendish are all currently racing in the Tour de France and are earning reputations for shunning the usual celebrity comments on sport by giving sharp and honest answers to the media. Wiggins, who is leading the race in 1st place, stated that it would mean a lot to him to win as he feels like he would have achieved something, unlike other sportsmen who apparently are famous "for not achieving anything".
The three cyclists are also part of Team GB's road cycling team, and if their successes continue as they have, there may be a few gold medals in sight in the cycling category.
