I've forgotten my password
If you have an account and have forgotten your password please follow the Forgotten Password link to reset your password.
I don't have an account/ password
When first booking with KE your My KE account is created for you. An email confirming receipt of your booking along with your activation link has been sent to you. Please click on the link in the email to create an account password and access your account.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have found its way there in error. If you find it, please be sure to identify the email as "not junk" non-spam email. You'll also want to add our email address to your safe sender list.
I have logged into my account but I can't see my booking
