3 Ways to Book Your Adventure
To be sure of a place on your chosen holiday, you should make your booking as soon as possible. Booking early helps you to secure the lowest fares for scheduled flights and enables us to obtain any special permits that may be required. Please note: there are no discounts for late booking.
Online
Holiday bookings can be made online by going to the 'Dates and Prices' page of your chosen adventure, and clicking the 'Book Now' button that corresponds with your desired departure. Make booking easy by logging into your My KE account first. Not yet a member? Why not register for an account today.
Telephone
If you are unsure about online booking or have encountered a problem, you can reserve your holiday over the telephone by calling +44 (0)17687 73966. Please note that you will still need to complete a booking form.
Post
If you prefer to make your booking by post, booking forms can be downloaded or will be sent to you on request by calling KE on +44 (0)17687 73966.

It is essential that all sections of the booking form are carefully completed, ensuring that information given is clear and accurate and that your personal details are exactly as they appear on your passport. Please ensure that you have read the Booking Conditions prior to completing and submitting your booking form.
Note: We cannot confirm any booking until we receive your fully completed booking form. Any unreasonable delay in submitting your booking form may jeopardise your place on your chosen trip.
