Booking a Trip
To be sure of a place on your chosen holiday, you should make your booking as soon as possible. Booking early helps you to secure the lowest fares for scheduled flights and enables us to obtain any special permits that may be required. Please note: there are no discounts for late booking.
Book online by going to the 'Dates and Prices' page of your chosen holiday, and click 'Book Now' on your desired departure. Make booking easy by logging into your My KE account first. Not yet a member? Why not register for an account today.
If you are unsure about booking online or have encountered a problem, you can reserve your holiday over the telephone by calling +44 (0)17687 73966. Please note that you will still need to complete a booking form.
If you prefer to make your booking by post, booking forms can be downloaded or will be sent to you on request by calling KE on +44 (0)17687 73966.
NB: Before booking, you must read the KE's Booking Conditions and General Information. You will be asked to read and agree to the Booking Conditions at the start of the online booking process.
Before booking a holiday with KE Adventure Travel please ensure that you are aware of the following important issues:
Travel Insurance - Suitable travel insurance is mandatory for all clients on a KE holiday.
Passports - Most of the countries we visit require you to have at least 6 months validity on your passport (at the completion of your trip).
Visas - Some of our holidays require one or more entry visas. Please ensure that you have adequate time to arrange these prior to departure. You must allow at least one free page in your passport for any visa required.
Vaccinations - Some of our holidays will require you to have vaccinations before you go. Please read the trip dossier carefully and consult your GP before travelling.

It is essential that all sections of the booking form are carefully completed, ensuring that information given is clear and accurate and that your personal details are exactly as they appear on your passport. Please ensure that you have read the Booking Conditions prior to completing and submitting your booking form.
Note: We cannot confirm any booking until we receive your fully completed booking form. Any unreasonable delay in submitting your booking form may jeopardise your place on your chosen trip.
