4 Ways to Book Your Adventure
Online
Holiday bookings can be made online by going to the 'Dates and Prices' page of your chosen adventure, and clicking the 'Book Now' button that corresponds with your desired departure. Note: You are unable to book a holiday if its status is 'closed'.
Telephone
If you are unsure about online booking or have encountered a problem, you can reserve your holiday over the telephone by calling +44 (0)17687 73966. Please note that you will still need to complete a booking form.
Post
If you prefer to make your booking by post, booking forms can be downloaded or will be sent to you on request by calling KE on +44 (0)17687 73966.
Fax
You can also fax your booking form to: Fax: +44 (0)17687 74693
It is essential that all sections of the booking form are carefully completed, ensuring that information given is clear and accurate and that your personal details are exactly as they appear on your passport.
Note: We cannot confirm any booking until we receive your fully completed booking form. Any unreasonable delay in submitting your booking form may jeopardise your place on your chosen trip.
