Travel Insurance for UK Residents
It is a condition of joining any of our trips that you are insured against medical and personal accident risks (to include repatriation costs, air ambulance and helicopter rescue services). We also strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, as all deposits paid are non-refundable. Please ensure that your insurer is aware of your KE Adventure itinerary and can agree to cover the activities being undertaken.
You will then need to advise us of your policy details and complete an Insurance Declaration. The Insurance Declaration can be completed in your MyKE account or you can download a PDF version of the form and email or fax +44 (0) 17687 74693 it back to us.
If you require travel insurance for your KE Adventure trip and are resident in the UK, there are a number of dedicated policies available, such as those mentioned below:
Travelex
is a USA based insurer offering travel insurance
which can be used by anyone regardless of nationality or country of residence,
including UK residents. Travelex have a range of plans for different
travel needs.
For all of our trips their 'Travel Select' policy will provide all
the cover most people are looking for, including cover for cancellation and
costs incurred due to volcanic eruptions. For climbing, biking and
mountaineering trips, the ‘Travelex Select' plan with the additional
‘Adventurer Pak' should be chosen.
As with all travel insurance policies,
it's advisable to pay close attention to the limits of cover for all sections,

Snowcard Insurance Services Limited is underwritten by Fortis Insurance. Snowcard’s Insurance policy will cover all the holidays in our current brochure for citizens of the UK. Snowcard cover has been designed to provide cover for hazardous activities normally excluded by other insurers such as trekking, mountain biking and mountaineering.
