Here at KE, we are always on the lookout for top quality people to work with our groups, as trekking, climbing or biking tour leaders.
Although first aid qualifications are vital, and relevant outdoor qualifications such as those certified by the UK Mountain Leader Training Board are preferred, the most important attributes are a genuine interest in the outdoors, extensive personal travel experience and the right outlook on life.
We look for people who are keen, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, sympathetic, decisive, diplomatic, well-organised, sensitive to others' needs, good at trouble-shooting, and interested to provide the best travel experience possible for our clients. Ideally, you should be over the age of 21, with an outgoing personality and a positive approach to life.
All KE leaders are employed on a freelance basis. Most of our regular leaders combine work for KE with other jobs. Some will lead 1 or 2 trips a year, whilst other spend extended periods of time working for us abroad.

Your qualifications (Outdoor and Academic)
Any languages you speak
Previous work experience in all walks of life
