Sikkim Kangchenjunga Trekking 

At the Goecha La with Kangchenjunga behindNestled between Nepal and Bhutan, India's tiny state of Sikkim has some of the finest and least frequented treks in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas. With the Singalila Ridge as a natural border between Sikkim and Nepal, we are provided with the perfect trekking terrain from which to view well-known peaks such as Everest, Makalu and Kanchenjunga (the world's third highest peak). Sikkim – Beneath Kangchenjunga
Starting from the charming hill-station of Darjeeling the five-summited massif of Kangchenjunga dominates the northern horizon. Crossing the border into Sikkim, our sensational circuit trek to the world's third highest peak takes us into a high mountain wilderness, where we find views that extend to the distant peaks of Everest and Makalu in Nepal.

From Darjeeling to Bhutan
Two picturesque short treks in the eastern Himalayas take us from the charming hill-station of Darjeeling, along the Singalila Ridge with stunning views of Everest, Makalu and Kangchenjunga before crossing the border into Bhutan. After a few days in the enchanting Paro valley our second trek takes us to Chomolhari and the dramatic mountain scenery of western Bhutan.

Singalila Ridge

  Forming a natural border between Nepal and India, the Singalila Ridgestarts near Darjeeling and heads northwards towards Kangchenjunga (8586m), the world's third highest peak. This most scenically rewarding of treks finishes off in Kalimpong, an important bazaar town for traders from Sikkim, Bhutan, Tibet and the plains of Bengal.
