Trek leader had a well balanced approached which resulted in a feeling you were with a group of friends on holiday.

The leader was excellent. Very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable on the area and the trip. The local guide was also very good. A trip such as this is often always about "getting to the top", but in this case it was also very much about experiencing and understanding a different (muslim) culture and how it works in more remote areas. The leader and guide provided a great insight into this. The guide also provided some "training" which has improved my winter mountain skills.

The staff in the Keswick office were very informative and helpful, especially in regard to what gear we would need to take on the trip. The holiday lived up to our expectations and I cannot really find fault in anything. Our Moroccan guide Hussain managed the support crew excellently and provided guidance and support to everybody on the trip. Shirley and I both found Carl to be an excellent leader who provided a high level of enthusiasm and support to all members of the trip. His excellent knowledge of local conditions and equipment was especially useful. We would be happy for Carl to be a leader of any future trips we may undertake. We both found this a very rewarding trip and would certainly look at booking future holidays with KE. I would be happy to recommend KE to friends and family.

Despite a touch of altitude sickness and an upset stomach this was the most enjoyable and challenging holiday I have ever had. Trouble is I now have the bug to do it again! Professional approach to all staff, beautiful surroundings and well planned itinerary balancing cultural aspects with a mountain adventure.

Overall, it was a great trip, well organised by KE, and fairly decent value for money. I appreciated the fact there weren't many hidden extras in the costs.

Both Ollie, our UK leader and Rachid, our local guide were so helpful and constructive in the advice they gave. They played a huge part in ensuring that the whole group gelled well together and made the trip enjoyable, memorable and fun!
This was the first trek of this type that I had been on and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the trip's organisation. I had a great time and would definitely book another trip of this type through KE.

Having never travelled with KE before (but through personal recommendation knew you to be OK) - I was extremeley pleased with how helpful and efficient the last minute booking with KE was ... and how comfortable and trusting you made us feel.
Our flight was delayed leaving Gatwick - which meant we arrived at Marrakech at 3am rather than at midnight. I was particularly impressed that the local guide was there to meet us, and simarily on the return trip home - our flight meant leaving the hotel at 3.45am - and again transport was laid on, and the local guide ensured we checked-in OK before leaving us. Excellent service.
Jane (our leader) worked hard at trying to ensure the group 'gelled' - and spent time talking and engaging with all members. Her practical trek tips were very helpful and she got on well with the lcoal guide - Mustaffa - who simply worked his socks off for the group - and was excellent (with plenty of patience). Excellent holiday - with good information / briefs the day before so you knew what to expect. Jane went beyound the 'call of duty' by providing us with mulled wine to bring in the New Year - which was especially welcomed by the Aussie's in our group (nice touch).

Probably the best mountains days I have ever experienced. I was concerned about altitude sickness before I left but did not suffer other than needing to pace myself - thanks to Ade's advice. Would definitely consider other treks with KE from this first experience.

The leaders made the trip fun and enjoyable as well as providing confidence to the team when required. It was also a well planned itinerary with some variety.
I hadn't been on a trip with KE since 1994. It was great to see that the standard was as good as ever! I am always inspired by the KE brochure. Every year or 2, KE seems to offer new and exciting trips well off the beaten track which no other companies offer. I am fascinated that such places as Lungser Kangri, Peak Lenin, Siberia and Colombia were being offered. The 'Explore More' treks certainly appeal to me and I would hope to join some great trips in the future!

I have used KE before and would recommend using KE to anyone (as I always do). there was another well known adventure group along side us and you could instantly tell the difference in standard. We had a fantastic group and amazing guide and the experience was awesome. I will always travel with KE.Just brilliant and I cant thank you enough for giving us such an amazing guide, Richard.
