Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arriving at Ljubljana Airport, there is a single group transfer in the late afternoon to the group hotel in Kranjska Gora. Welcome reception and introduction to Slovenia by the local guide. Hotel.
Day 2: A morning walk up to the Martulk Waterfall, and lunch at a mountain hut. The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the hotel pool, or spend more time exploring the area around Kranjksa Gora.
Day 3: We have a day of mountain biking, with the accent is on having fun on the purpose-built cycle trails that run along the valley floor and up to the Italian Lakes. Bikes and helmets provided. On return to Kranjska Gora we will be able to enjoy 3 rides on the fantastic summer toboggan - the top of which is reached by a chair lift. Hotel.
Day 4: Today we enjoy a day-trip to the lakeside town of Bled, the most famous of Slovenia's mountain resorts. After a walk around the lake, we visit the high ropes adventure park. We return to our hotel in Kranjska Gora.
Day 5: A free day in Kranjska Gora - time to explore this lovely town and surrounding area or enjoy some optional activities. A packed lunch will be provided, and dinner will be taken back at our hotel.
Day 6: A full day excursion over the dramatic Vrsic Pass, crossing the Julian Alps. We visit Kluze Fort on the way and take lunch at a restaurant in Bovec. In the afternoon there's an optional rafting trip on the Soca River for those who want more adventure. Return to Kranjska Gora.
Day 7: We have a climbing lesson on an indoor wall in the morning - equipment and tuition provided. In the afternoon we can enjoy being in this beautiful valley and end our trip with a walk to Jasna Lake.
Day 8: Morning free, then afternoon transfer to Ljubljana Airport. KE Group Package services end.
