The dates above are for the LAND ONLY itinerary, joining in Kathmandu on the dates shown above. For clients making their own flight arrangements, Kathmandu Airport is the most convenient for transfers to the group hotel. Please refer to the 'Joining arrangements & transfers', and 'Flights' sections in the trip dossier for further details.

Flights SHOULD NOT be booked until you have received your booking confirmation and this trip is showing the 'Guaranteed to Run or Limited' symbol. If your trip is still showing 'Spaces', we will contact you as soon as it has reached the guaranteed status.

UK Flight inclusive prices and availability - 14 days

Booking a flight inclusive package from the UK

The dates and prices above are for the FLIGHT INCLUSIVE itinerary, based on UK flights from London (Heathrow) to Kathmandu airport with Jet Airways. The flight will depart from the UK in the evening arriving mid afternoon the following day (day 1 of the itinerary). Return flights will depart in the morning of the last day of the itinerary and arrive in the UK evening of the same day. Regional departures and/or alternative carriers are available on request.

We can secure flights directly from airlines, but there are often only limited numbers of seats available at the advertised price. To avoid paying flight supplements, we recommend that you book as early as possible, especially during peak travel times. Note that if you book a package including flights with KE you will benefit from full financial protection.

If we are unable to secure seats at the price shown, or you have requested regional departures or flights with an alternative carrier, we will contact you with an alternative quote.

Holiday deposit
In order to secure seats on the flights between Kathmandu and Paro, KE need to pay for these air tickets as soon as the trip reaches the 'guaranteed to run' status. On account of this, you will be asked to pay a higher than normal deposit for this trip. Once the Paro flights are booked, this deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by us. Note that the trip price includes the cost of these flights.
