One of the best holidays I've ever had, that goes for my partner as well. Everything was perfect and would not hesitate in using KE Adventure again. The holiday overall was excellent. The route was superb, weather was very kind to us, although it was extremely warm. I cannot praise our support team highly enough - Ant, Krit & Rin were excellent. Always there when you needed them. Rin kept us well hydrated with lots of water and energy drinks. A big thanks to them!!! Thailand was better than I expected. Very green, lovely people and very good food.

The trip was over all too quick, a truly wonderful holiday. It exceeded expectations. It was my first KE trip, but both guides, Ant and Krit, in my opinion are the best leaders I have encountered in all my other trips with other adventure companies.

I enjoyed all of it. What can i say, the challenge of the cycle, the group, the local guides, the food, the accommodation, even cycling in the rain :)I had never been on a road trip and was slightly nervous before the holiday. I thought it may be too much but the days rides were broken into sections, all achievable. It may be worth stressing this on the website and changing photos on the website - to show 'normal bods in cycling gear' so as not to put people off. The holiday was better than I had expected.
I have travelled with other adventure travel companies before and have been very happy with both (many countries).... but the accommodation from KE was by far superior, as was the selection of snacks, drinks etc while cycling. Food (quantity and quality and choice) was superb....... and a massive plus was the fact that it was built into the holiday price.
My friend found the holiday. I had not heard of KE before but I have already recommended KE to other cyclists I know.

I am still dreaming of this wonderful cycle trip. I had such a great time and could have cycled for another couple of days because everything was paced so well. I don't think anyone felt totally exhausted as we had such a good rest and relaxing time after a day in the saddle. There were regular stops for a delicious array of drinks and snacks carefully prepared for us by the fantastic support team, who together with our leaders Woody and Krit provided us with the most professional, reliable and friendly service at all times. The bikes provided for the trip were good and reliable. Food at our night stops was excellent, consisting of a never ending supply of traditional Thai dishes to the liking of everyone. And there was plenty of choice for vegetarians. The hotels were in the main excellent. But what made this trip for me - apart from the full on cycling days - bliss! - were the other members of the trip who were all great company. Also, I would like to thank again Woody and Krit and the support team for making the trip such an unforgetable experience. I am already planning my next adventure with KE! I went to Nepal last year and was impressed with your standard of service and my tour guide on that trip.

KE standards were very good, as always. Please keep it! The hotel accomodation was much more than expected. Very good! The food was superb, especially the super prawns and squids, availabe in great amounts and, in reference to this, I should not forget to say thanks to the vegetarians friends... That is another trip that could be sold also as a gourmet trip of real delicious food. And I should no forget to mention the marvellous fruits we had in the rest stops during the day trip, that made a real difference in that overhot climate. By the way, the little ice cold towels the crew offered us every stop were an unforgetable refreshing experience, a real pleasure. The performance of the support crew was excellent, especially their good humour and the smile always in their faces. Special thanks to the great idea of changing the wheels when we got a flat tire, so you're not miles away from your friends, having to catch up. The trek leader was very good. You have just to be alert with him when the super prawns arrived..., what a speed!!! I think my comments above showed what I particularly enjoyed in this trip: the accomodation, the food, the care of the support crew and specially, of course, the good biking days.
In 93 I was in Bhutan, at the Chomolari base camp, with Exodus and we happen to share the hut with a KE group lead by Glenn. Karakoram Experience was the name on their bags. I was hooked by that name and all the adventures it suggests. I understand why it had to be changed, but never forget the Karakoram Experience spirit!
