One of the best I have come across, Julia was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She made the trip and I would actively look for trips she guides on in the future.
All transport worked well. I liked the mix of local transport and private taxis / vans used. We didn't need to see much of Judith the local agent which I take as a good sign that all ran very smoothly.
The itinerary was great for a 7 day trip. Julia's leading style and knowledge added so much to the overall experience.

I rate this as one of the most enjoyable holidays I have ever had.
Most enjoyed - The walking (especially the aspects that were a bit more challenging than what I am used to at home); the scenery; the small group size; the way the group "gelled".
The company was warmly recommended by friends.

Excellent service all round. I was very impressed with the efficiency, time keeping and information provided by the Mountain Drop-Off drivers. This was a much harder trek than I have attempted previously but I thoroughly enjoyed it especially as we had fine weather on all days of the trip.

Admittedly we were very lucky with the weather but the walking was stunning. The tour is rated "demanding" and we were pretty much at our limit on the second day while we found our walking legs - but that's what we wanted. All the accommodation was terrific - especially Les Chapieux. Day 4 via Col de la Seigne was "awesome". This was pretty much the finest holiday I can remember.
We are used to the Alps as regular skiers but to trek around Mont Blanc in its summer splendour put the area in a whole new light for me.
It was a fantastic holiday and we are already thinking about next summer. We most enjoyed the amazing scenery, camaraderie of the group, varied accommodation, learning more about stuff from the trip leader.

Julia Tregaskis-Allen was a phenomenal trek leader in every respect.

I really enjoyed Phil's commentary on the trip and his anecdotes and dry sense of humour made for several belly laughs.

Lindsay our leader is an absolute star and really made the trip! She should be commended for her balance of professionalism and down-to-earthness. A pure joy to be with and a great role model! If I knew she was definitely leading a trip I was thinking of signing up for then I'd sign up for it, as I'd know it would be great. She gave me great confidence and as a result I am much more confident on 'exposed' sections.

The staff have been exceptionally helpful every time I have contacted them either face to face or on the telephone. There was always someone who could answer even the smallest query and not make me feel like I was being a nuisance. If Judith was our local agent she did a wonderful job keeping us informed. She even arranged for a birthday surprise for one of our group who was celebrating a landmark birthday Phil was an excellent trip leader and took into account the varying levels of fitness/stamina of the individuals in the group. He was very knowledgeable about the region in which we were trekking and very patient with those who had a lack of confidence in their ability. I expected the trip to be well planned and the scenery wonderful but it was way beyond that. Adjectives just can't describe the feeling of being out there on the mountains with the clear fresh air, the sound of the rivers and the cowbells, the spectacular views and the company of like-minded people.

My wife and I just returned from the Tour du Mont Blanc Hotel trek and I can't thank you enough for putting together such a marvellous adventure! Our guide and logistics coordinator (Keith and Judith Robson) were simply the best in the business and I cannot speak highly enough about their skills, expertise and attention to detail. The bar has been set very high for future guides to compare :) We had 10 days of beautiful sunshine and our stay at the KE Yeti Lodge was the icing on the cake!! Keep up the good work and I am sure we will be using you again in the near future.

All chalet and drop off staff great. Compliments to the chef at Yeti Lodge. Guide was excellent and a great diplomat. I will use KE again soon!! I had seen your shop in Keswick, heard you were one of the best and now I agree.

Rocio Siemens is an outstanding mountain guide in every regard. She shows a real commitment to ensuring that everyone has a positive experience during the trek, and taking the specific needs of individual group members into account (including differences in age/health/fitness). She has a genuine passion for the Alpine environment and excellent knowledge of history, geology and nature that she willingly shares with the whole group. I have no doubt that Rocio would be able to deal calmly and effectively with any situation that might arise during a trek.
I cannot think of any way that this trip could be improved within the constraints of a one-week package. I enjoyed this trip much more than I expected to. I expected the hiking would wear me out, but did not have any physical problems wth my legs or feet. So that was a positive outcome!
I have travelled with KE before - you guys seem to know what you are doing. Very focused on customer experience and satisfaction.

Alex was a fantastic leader taking into consideration the different levels and needs of the group and her knowledge of the surrounding area really added to our experience. I believe this was the first time that she has worked for KE. I would say hang on to her.
Most enjoyed - Group size, scenery, food, enthusiasm of the guide
