The scenery was amazing, very pretty. the pace of the trip was quite intense at times, but not so much that it detracted from the enjoyment. As the trip notes said, it was a challenging trip but not to a bad degree. Standard of accommodation was much better than I would have thought and the food was very good. I will take very good memories from this and would not hesitate to book KE again.

Would recommend Bulgaria and this holiday to anyone who wanted a really good walking trip - it was a great mix of full days of exciting walking with great views and a nice bit of luxury in the evenings!
Ivo was a great Leader. He obviously knew the mountains very, very well and we felt in very safe hands.
