South-west of Phnom Penh, the Sihanoukville Peninsula is surrounded on three sides by the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand. In an area typified by low-key, white-sand resorts and simple, thatch-roofed bars and restaurants, there are some very pleasant resort hotels, one of which we have chosen as the base for your 3-night stay. The luxurious Sokha Beach Resort offers world-class service, with spacious rooms and a choice of comfortable bars and restaurants. The resort has extensive landscaped grounds and a long stretch of private, pristine white sandy beach. This is a great place to conclude your time in South-East Asia with a bit of R&R.
This is a four day package that includes 3 nights at the Sokha Beach Resort on the Gulf of Thailand, close to the town of Sihanoukville and about 160 kilometres south-west of Phnom Penh. There is lots of time to enjoy a laid-back stretch of coastline, with white-sand and some rocky beaches, simple, thatched hut bars and restaurants and views out to some of Cambodia's islands. After your final night with the group in Phnom Penh, you will have a private transfer to the hotel, where you will spend 3 nights. A transfer from the hotel to Phnom Penh Airport is provided on the final day of the extension.

You will be picked up from your Phnom Penh hotel on the final day of the Land Only itinerary of your main holiday. A private transfer will then take you to Sokha Beach. Arriving at the hotel at midday, you will check in to your room and the remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy the tranquility of this Gulf of Thailand coast.
