Zebra WildlifeThis great family adventure holiday begins with a drive across Kenya's Rift Valley to the world-famous reserve of the Masai Mara. Here, from our fixed camp beside the Sand River, 2 full days of game viewing will show us herds of wildebeest, zebra and Thompson's gazelle, as well as their predators - lion, cheetah and hyena. Finding a lodge with a swimming pool to allow us to cool off will be a priority between game drives. En route to our next camp on the shores of Lake Naivasha, we will stop off at a Masai village and have the chance to meet this colourful pastoralist people who, together with their cattle, co-exist among the wildlife. Finally we transfer to Lake Nakuru, where the lakeshore is tinged pink by flocks of flamingoes, we will have further game drives, in search of buffalo and the elusive leopard.
