France's Chamonix Valley, with its spectacular backdrop of Mont Blanc, Europe's highest mountain, is the perfect setting for a family holiday. From our chalet base in the village of Argentiere, our daily programme of escorted activities will include the scenic trek along the Grand Balcon Sud, introductory rock climbing, whitewater rafting on the Arve, a trip on Europe's highest cable-car and a day at Switzerland's largest aqua park. If this were not enough excitement for one holiday, there is also the opportunity to try out some of the many additional activities which are available locally - such as swimming, ice skating, the adventure park and the Chamonix 'luge'. This is an action-packed week of fun and adventure for all the family, at the very heart of the French Alps.

With our comfortable chalet base and variety of included activities, this itinerary should appeal to most families with active children of 8 years and over.
