Booking your own flights
The LAND ONLY dates and prices are for the itinerary joining in Kathmandu, Nepal. For clients making their own flight arrangements, Kathmandu International airport is the most convenient for transfers to the group hotel. Please refer to the 'Joining arrangements & transfers' section in the trip dossier for further details.
Flights SHOULD NOT be booked until you have received your booking confirmation and the trip is showing 'Guaranteed to Run' or 'Limited'.

Trip deposit:
In order to secure seats on the flights between Kathmandu and Paro, KE need to pay for these air tickets as soon as the trip reaches the 'guaranteed to run' status. On account of this, you will be asked to pay a higher than normal deposit for this trip. Once the Paro flights are booked, this deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by us. Note that the trip price includes the cost of these flights.

2013 Holidays - No Surcharge Guarantee. With exchange rates fluctuating widely, you are right to be concerned about tour operators imposing surcharges.
