What aspects did you particularly enjoy? Travelling on foot through the varied landscapes and observing how the local people manage their lives. The bird life was v good and fun to watch - spring dawn choruses etc. an added bonus. The hotel Shankar was a wonderful oasis of peace and cleanliness in the madness that is Kathmandu!
