Dawa and the rest of the team were excellent and could not have done more to ensure our enjoyment of our first trip to Nepal. Their knowledge was excellent, they made the trip so much more enjoyable by their wonderful personalities and sense of fun, whilst always being mindful of our safety.
Most enjoyed - Meeting the sherpa people and being made so welcome.
We would use ke again if we decided to have another trip of this kind.

The Local Agent, Passang, is outstanding. He is exceptionally helpful to the participants. He is also an expert photographer and has taken many great pictures for the participants. I believe he has significantly contributed to the success of the trip.
Lhakpa is a wonderful trip leader and he is very attentive to the participants and the support staff. Lhakpa's English is outstanding and he has a great sense of humor. The porters are also terrific. They have provided us with great services.
Most enjoyed - The view of Mount Everest and the landscape of Nepal.

A really excellent holiday and one we shall always remember with a great sense of achievement and satisfaction. Not an "easy" trek due to the altitude but the views and commeraderie ensure a truly wonderful experience. I most enjoyed:The clarity of the views, the friendliness of the lodges, the guides, the different culture and the achievement of completing the trek with little problem. Also,Hot showers and relaxing in the garden in The Malla Hotel!
The local agent for KE was very informative and the arrangements for joining and leaving in Kathmandu were spot on.Pasang was so informative and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He paced the trek very well and ensured that we took regular drinks and rests and adjusted the pace and itinerary to suit us.

This was my first trek and made friends with my fellow trekkers. I have been unable to settle down at work since returning and want to get away again asap. I will definitely use KE again in the future.

trip leader, Annand was excellent on the trek . Very experienced and very good
English and he was watching us all the time. His lead Sherpa was also excellent. Being a small group we were able to talk about Nepali life and see how things
worked in the mountains (although the leader actually came from Darjeeling!), he
was knowledgeable and very willing to discuss things with us. He was also very caring
about the porters too which was good to know.
I enjoyed the holiday and am glad i`ve done it as I`d wanted to go for sometime. It was great to see and be in the mountains and we were lucky with the weather , having clear days , if cold nights. But I did find the altitude made it quite challenging at times ... particularly going up to Namche but I coped. The walking wasn`t difficult, just doing the `ups` at the altitude....

Santos, the team leader was exceptional. He was humorous, knowledgeable, gracious, empathetic and great fun. He showed genuine concern for members of the team who suffered from various problems along the way and offered sound advice. I loved the people out in the countryside especially the children. To see people with so little being so happy was inspirational.

The trek itself was an unforgettable experience. Also really enjoyed the two nights out in Kathmandu after the trek.

This was the first holiday of this kind that we have booked and our first experience of KE. All enquiries/queries were dealt with quickly by helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
We found the Malla hotel in Kathmandu to be clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Food was of good quality with a varied choice each day. The hotel has a lovely, well maintained garden and separate pool area which offer a haven of tranquillity from the crazy city traffic!
All Lodges on the trek offered basic but clean and comfortable accommodation and always with a warm welcome. The food in the lodges exceeded all expectations. It was varied, hot, fresh and plentiful. The support crew were always attentive; showing concern for our welfare at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran with a quiet efficiency.
The pace of the trek was just about perfect and the itinerary exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we were greeted outside the airport by the local agent and our Sherpa everything ran smoothly. The transport was clean, comfortable and reliable. Overall the service was excellent.
It was a pleasure and an experience to meet Phurba who was the trip leader. He was calm, patient and very caring; always checking if everyone was O.K. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very approachable and his vast knowledge of the environment and culture of his people was fascinating to listen to. We learnt so much from him and the support crew.
This was planned as the holiday of a lifetime for us and it was better than we had imagined. An amazing experience that we will never forget!!
