This Cuban family adventure takes us to magnificent Spanish colonial towns and to some of this beguiling Caribbean island's most spectacular natural landscapes. We tour Havana by horse-drawn carriage and in a vintage American automobile and also take a lesson in the distinctive Cuban dance style of salsa. In the lovely ‘garden province' of Pinar del Rio, in the west of the island, we see tobacco plantations and strange caves and also travel to the coast, to swim and snorkel from paradise beaches. We then spend time at Cienfuegos and Trinidad and take walks through magical forests with jungle pools to swim in. Highlighting Cuba's special mix of culture, scenery and history, this is a fun and exciting experience for the whole family.
Is this holiday for you?
This is a fairly relaxed family adventure holiday in Cuba. We have a couple of city tours in various towns. A couple of days will involve 3-5hrs transfers but will also be broken with stops. We have a Salsa lesson, horse & cart rides as well as a horse-riding session, boat trip into some caves, ride in a classic America car, wildlife park and wildlife experiences as well as a few short walks in the forest looking for wildlife. We have built in plenty of time for you and your family to enjoy some of the wonderful beaches that Cuba has to offer.
