Our guide, Mstafa Afhir was superb, a key element to the success of the week we had with KE adventures and probably the main factor for me likely to be booking again with you. He was relaxed in his nature, planned things well, kept us interested and told us a lot about the local culture.
Most enjoyed - The ability to look at "the real" Morocco through the eyes of locals.

All excellent especially no hard sell; seemed higher quality than other companies, but still priced well. Liked the mix and variety. Nice quality and trustworthy guide. Food quality and quantity way above expectations.
Our child said it was his best holiday ever.

The office staff were extremely knowledgeable at the time of booking and incredibly helpful when we had questions to ask about medical care/communication with tour leader with regards to our seven year old. Communication was smooth, efficient, friendly yet professional. Excellent first experience and contact with KE.
The holiday was a perfect balance of experiences, culture and relaxation, providing a varied and colourful taster of what Morocco has to offer. The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities arranged for them and the variety of mountain, coast and city - the travelling time giving them the opportunity to reboot their energy levels! The pace of the the trip was great for adults and children. A very well thought through trip - loved that it was centred around the children and what they could learn about the country. It enriched their understanding and appreciation of how other people live.
Our local agent, Mustapha, was a credit to your company. His enthusiasm, sense of humour and ability to engage the children in experiences beyond those written in the dossier were limitless. His attention to detail and level of care were second to none. It was clear that it was more than just a job to him, but more of a passion. He was fantastic with the children, pulling out magic tricks in the evening and a frisby when on the beach. He had a wonderful rapport with them and went above and beyond what we would have expected from a guide. Mustapha provided guidance when with local people and was informative and sensitive to their and our needs.
I cannot thank KE enough for the experiences it offered our family and the life long memories that our childrne will have both if the holiday but of Morocco. Mustapha brought a little bit of sunshine into our children's hearts and made a big impact on them - and us. If you have some way of recognising employees, his efforts, enthusiasm and dedication to KE is what brought our experience to life. He is an outstanding ambassador for KE.

M'stafa was an excellent leader, he was not only informative, in a non-pushy way, but also great fun to have around. He was fantastic with the children, always have a fun game to play, or puzzle to occupy them. All in all M'stafa made the holiday one of the best we have ever had!
The trekking in the mountains was stunning, topped off with a refreshing drink at a Casbah. M'stafa, our tour leader, was absolutely fantastic, I fear that we tired him out, but he always lit up the room with his sunny temperament. Thank you!

We made a new friend in our guide Mohamed, He was brilliant. He took the kids under his wing, looked after us adults and was a great companion on our trip. The knowledge he had of the country and the wildlife and looked for things to show us. He loves his country and passed that on to us. We were a little unsure of what we personally found to be a slightly overwhelming Medina in Marrakech - (being country bumpkins as we are)... however we spoke to Mohamed about this and he accompanied us around the city and ensured we got back to our hotel at the end of the evening when he didn't have to.
The bus drivers were friendly and helpful, the mule drivers taught our children berber songs, the camel drivers kept an eye on the children and calmed their nerves, the surfboard instructor - sorry I have forgotten his name, but he is the 'cool dude with the hair' in the catalogue was fun and clear and great again with the adults and the children. Everyone we came across was welcoming and genuinely pleased to see us.
We loved it. I came home and went straight back on to the website. The next day back at school, when we were discussing our summer holidays I had soo much to tell everyone! I was like an excited kid again! No cooking, no driving, no washing dishes, no hassle! And I was able to do all the activities the children were doing - it catered for teenagers to 10 year olds and myself. I actually relaxed as all the organisation of where, when and what we were doing was taken out of my hands for a week. As a single parent this was a proper holiday for me too. It did all that it said it would on the itinerary. And exceeded my expectations, it wasn't just a token 10 minute camel ride, it was a proper trek for 3 hours with a beach stop in the middle!
