The Internet booking and management system is extremely slick, and was very easy to use. Hygiene was excellent, I was fully expecting to get ill and didn't. The food while excellent did get repetitive, though for a trek of this length I suppose that is to be expected and I don't hold that against the crew. Overall the quality of the support crew was outstanding, they were extremely competent, and very supportive over the more demanding sections of the glacier.
Our transport ran extremely well, we were very lucky to only suffer from one landslide over the whole trip. Zaffir was fantastic and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.
Ade's (KE our leader) experience with Pakistan was very apparent throughout the trip, and I personally felt very insulated from any logistical issues that may have arisen over the course of the trip. We were always in good hands from a safety point of view and Ade's organisational competence helped make the trek truly feel like a holiday.
