The staff at KE were very helpful. I ended up calling several times to ask questions and confirm details and each time everybody was very helpful and friendly.
The holiday was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was very impressed with the food and the crew that we had were excellent.
Our guide Ade was amazing. He is a fantastic leader. He is extremely knowledgeable about high altitude trekking in general and also about Pakistan. He was very caring and patient. I would book another trip with him.
I absolutely loved my holiday. I have never been on an organised trip before. I have always organised my trip myself with friends. This was the first time I have been alone on a trip and my first time with an organised company. Although I initially thought that the tip was rather pricey, I could see exactly where all of my money had gone too. I would definitely go on another trip with KE again and have recommended them to my friends.

The whole team in Pakistan were excellent, particularly Zaffa, Karim and his brother Iqbal. All the team and porters were helpful whatever the problems eg all the teaam got out a re-build the bridges be it weather damage or intentional damage by the locals.
Ade was the best leader of any trek I have been on. Very knowledgeable about the trip, the people and the mountains, amazing medical knowledge on altitude and sickness. Always warm and friendly and took a real interest in our welfare.
We picked KE because we wanted to trek in Pakistan and see K2. KE offered a combination of the right sort of holiday - trekking with some opportunties to see the Pakistanian culture. Plus the years of experience of running trips in what is perceived to be a dangerous country.

It was an incredible experience and I thank you for your efforts. Most enjoyed going to the Gilkey monument, snow on our last day at Concordia, going over to visit Korphe and the Mortensen school.

A fantastic trek, great group, leader and support crew. Food was unbelievable, if only I had a restaurant in my city this good - experience exceeded my expectation!!

As always the quality of the support crew was exceptional. I felt that the quality of hotel (especially in Islamabad) could have been better as it is always highly desirable to have a good hotel/facilities after weeks living in a tent! The pacing of the trek was comfortable/easy although due to complications in the travel to and from trek, this aspect of the trip was hurried although fully understandable. In the absence of flights between Islamabad and Skardu, the long road journey is very tiring.
The overall trek package was well organised and supported. So that meant that all I had to do was walk, eat and sleep! Having trekked in Pakistan before I was keen to revisit the area but concerned at safety aspects. However with a highly experienced trip leader I was confident that the trip would be well managed.
Having travelled with KE on a number of occasions in a number of countries I consider that they offer an unrivalled service providing unbeatable trek options, highly expereinced and approachable trip leaders and excellent local support. Whilst there are other trek companies avaialble my first choice will always be KE.

I emailed questions and requests for help getting the visa several times for this trip, which is not usual for me, so I appreciated all the help and patience of the office staff. Also as I felt a little uneasy about safety in Pakistan and the visa process etc is quite complicated, I took considerable comfort and reassurance in your experience and history in this area. Thanks for this.
Ade(our guide)is wonderful. Not only did he take great care of us but I felt I learnt alot from his advice on dealing with various situations.
I really enjoyed the views - they were brilliant, and I loved the feeling of remoteness with no further settlements after the starting point. I enjoyed the road trip up the KKH plus the free time in the afternoons to explore the area around the camp.
I chose KE because visiting Pakistan seemed a bit dodgy and you had lots of experience there. I also chose KE as on past trips the quality of the hotels, equipment and food have been slightly better than with other companies I've trekked with. KE provide western group leaders who being independent of the local teams safeguard the group's interests and also have training to take care of and teach us.
This was a really great trip. I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.
