All clients will need a passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and a single entry visa.
In order to obtain your Russia visa you will have to present full details of your itinerary and a letter of introduction (in Russian) which we will forward to you. In order for us to arrange the letter of introduction we will need a scanned copy of the information page(s) of your passport and your flight details. When you receive the letter of introduction, you should apply for your visa immediately.
UK Passport Holders
Application must be made online at ru.vfsglobal.co.uk. Once you have filled out the electronic form you will need to print it so please make sure your computer is connected to a working printer before starting the process. Once you have completed and printed the online application form, you can take this along with the required documents as per the website instructions to the nearest Russian Visa Centre (details below) or alternatively you can send these by post to the London Centre. Please ensure that you include all required documents, the fee in the form of a postal order, and a pre-paid, self-addressed Special delivery envelope (500 grams) for the return of your passport. We advise that you use only Royal Mail Special Delivery to post your passport and documents.
The fee for a single entry tourist visa is £40 plus a VFS service charge of approximately £25. The visa is normally issued within 7 days. It is possible to have the visa issued on the next working day after receipt for a visa fee of £80 plus a VFS service charge of approximately £32.

US Passport Holders
It is not possible to apply for your visa directly from the Russian embassy by mail. Applications must be made in person or via a visa processing agency. Please refer to the Russian embassy website at russianembassy.org/ for further details. The current fee for a tourist visa with normal processing (4 20 days) is $131. The fee for emergency processing (3 days) is $250. If you elect to use a visa service there will be an additional fee for this.
Important if asked your occupation on the application form, do not put anything that might arouse suspicion at the Russian Embassy eg. photographer, writer, journalist, military, government, police etc.
Nationals of other countries should check with the Russian consulate in their own country.
