Superlative alpine cycling holiday around the Mont Blanc Massif that presents a very obvious challenge. Starting out from Chamonix, our 4-day cycling circuit around Mont Blanc takes us in a clockwise direction as we cycle through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the Alps. Crossing between through France,Switzerland and Italy , we cycle famous Tour de France passes such as the Grand St. Bernard (2469m/8101ft), Cormet de Roseland, Col des Saises, Col des Aravis and the Col de la Columbiere. To make our cycling tour complete, we cycle all the 'minor' passes, such as the climb to Champex de Lac and the Italian classic, Col San Carlo. En-route, we stay in delightful villages and towns which give us a chance to appreciate a fascinating mix of Alpine culture and tradition. This Alpine road cycling holiday is surely a 'must do' ride for 'Sportive' riders and cycling enthusiasts alike.

Is this holiday for you?

ROAD ADVENTURE. On our bike circuit of Mont Blanc we follow a mixture of main roads and quiet roads through sleepy villages, crossing between countries and also from one valley system to the next. By including cycling all the "main cols" and "mini cols" on the circumnavigation, we can accumulate a total of 10,000 metres (32,810 feet) of ascent and descent. This is totally supported riding holiday - at the start of the day, when the group sets off biking, your kit bag will be loaded into the support vehicle and transported to the next overnight halt. Apart from a fixed rendezvous for lunch, you are free to cycle at your own pace but the support vehicle is never far away. We must stress that apart from the emergency tool kit and spares you would take on any day ride, you will not be required to carry any luggage. Stunning scenery, atmospheric overnight accommodation and a magnificent circular route make this an unforgettable cycling experience. Average 100 km/62 miles per day.
