Nepali hand-luggage - Entrusted with the trek's vital breakfast supplies on the flight from Kathmandu. What a responsibility!

Decision time - Due to snow conditions and safety concerns, a difficult decision to turn back from the Zatrwa La is made.

Breezy bridge crossing - Crossing a prayer-flag festooned bridge over the Dudh Kosi en-route to Namche.

Kongma La - Stunning views of the Nuptse-Lhotse wall, Makalu, Island Peak (front of Makalu) blue-green lakes and more come into view on the crest of the Kongma La. Our sirdar surveys the scene.
