Chamonix Mont Blanc Multi-Activity
Holiday Itinerary
Day 1: Rendezvous at the group's chalet in Argentiere, above Chamonix. KE land only package services begin with the evening meal.
Day 2: We start our adventure week with a walk into Switzerland. We have lunch in Valorcine before we get kitted up for the excitement of canyoning down the river. After our exhilarating canyoning we transfer back to Argentiere and the warm Yeti lodge.
Day 3: We take the cable car to Flegere and walk to Lac Blanc, one of the most stunning locations in the area. Return by cable car to Chamonix. We then transfer to the high ropes course for some fun swinging through the trees! Return to Argentiere.
Day 4: This morning we transfer to Passy for our introduction to Via Ferrata. Having been put in our harnesses and had our safety briefing we set off up the cables for some fun and great views. In the afternoon it's time to get wet again with some easy canoe rafting. Return to Argentiere.
Day 5: A free morning to relax and prepare for our mini expedition. In the afternoon we walk up to the Peirre Berard Hut ready for our summit attempt on Mont Buet the following day. We trek through some wild scenery in the Aiguille Rouge to reach the hut where we overnight.
Day 6: Mont Buet Summit. An early start through an impressive boulder field to the Col de Salenton. Once at the summit of Mont Buet (3100m) we have some of the finest views of the Mont Blanc range. Descend to the village of Le Buet and back to Argentiere for a celebration meal.
Day 7: A free day to enjoy Chamonix. Today is market day and a great time to be in the town. There are various optional activities available including mountain biking and climbing' or a trip on the Pic du Midi Cable car for impressive views of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix Valley. Our last night in Chamonix.
Day 8: KE land only package services end with breakfast at the lodge.
