Note:

You will need to carry all of your personal gear for the 5 days that are spent on Mount Olympus. On account of this, we advise that you take a rucksack of around 40 litres. Note that bedding is provided in the refuges and, therefore, a sleeping bag is not needed. You should take a thermal or silk sheet sleeping bag only. During 2 of the days on the mountain you will be able to leave some of your (minimal) spare clothing etc. at the refuge.
