The holiday was extremely well-organised and ran very smoothly. The trekking was a big challenge for me but I felt very proud of having made it to the end! It was a real adventure.
The local agent was very professional and reliable. Everything went like clockwork. The food was amazing nearly everywhere we stayed! Pisco sours with nibbles at the end of the day - what a great incentive to make me walk faster and not feel like giving up during the long treks! I also really enjoyed staying at the eco-camp.
Our guide, Roberto, turned a 'great' holiday into an 'amazing' holiday! He was the perfect team leader - knowledgeable, entertaining, inclusive and patient. A real star.

Eduardo from Cascada was an excellent leader to have with us throughout the trip. He was quick to adapt things to suit our abilities.
Loved the trekking - of course. That's what I went for. In such good weather we had magnificent views of the Torres del Paine and Fitz Roy peaks as the climax of each of the treks.

We asked for a different date than was originally advertised - and got a yes within 24 hours. Highly impressive! The KE office team has been great.
Roberto - what can I say - he was the perfect guide. Fabulous personality, a real people person, and a great sense of humour. He really looked after us and was so much one of the group. Loredana in Torres del Paine was fantastic. She and Roberto worked brilliantly together. Haven't laughed so much in ages.
We got the group cold - but were very generous and shared it around! I had problems with an old injury that decided to flare up this year. Roberto and Loredana were great and fully supported me in making sure I made my goal of getting up to Torres del Paine. I couldn't have asked for more support. Did I enjoy my holiday - ABSOLUTELY, every little bit of it, even when I was in pain. I've waited 15 years to go to Patagonia and this trip not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Highlight was the 'Wow' moment when we reached Torres del Paine view point - in bright sunshine with clear blue skies. I will remember that for ever! The food and accommodation was fantastic and beyond what I expected. The local agent was second to none. Thank you, everyone involved, including the great group I travelled with.
I have known about KE for years but had not done a trip with them before. This trip went everywhere we wanted and had the right mix of trekking and other activities. Also included the type of accommodation we wanted. I will definitely look at KE again for future trips if they are all to this high standard.

An absolutely fantastic trip - we still can't really believe the views and sights we were able to see. We wouldn't hesistate to recommend to others. Some of the trekking days were long, although this was necessary given the spectacular landscapes and views we got to see as a result.
Been on a few KE trips before and enjoyed them all. In fact, we met each other on a KE trip two years ago and we are getting married next May! We always find it helpful that KE include virtually all meals in the up-front costs - it makes it a lot easier to know how much money you will need.
