Claudio was an excellent leader one of the best ive had on all the treks ive done with KE. Very enthusiastic, helpful and chatty. He contributed greatly to my enjoyment of the trip. There were three of us plus three porters and Claudio and we all had a great time.
I also did the extension to Fitzroy which worked out well. you see a different type of country from the Argentina side.

The whole holiday was a wonderful experience in this stunning part of the world. It was an eye opener in terms of how national parks should be cared for, with care of the wild land and wild life top priority - rather a contrast to the way national parks are treated in the UK. The stunning scenery and wildlife, the friendly, efficient and knowledgeable guides, the extremely comfortable ecocamp. Having your tent already put up for you when you arrive! All the local transport being comfortable and punctual. Trekking in the quieter northern sector was particularly pleasant.

The EcoCamp in Torres del Paine was very good, and a different experience. The food prepared by the crew on the trek was outstanding, the best food I've ever had on a trek and plenty of it too. The support crew was excellent too. I found Roberto an excellent trip leader in all respects, including being very sociable and knowledgeable. He was in control of everything that needed to be taken care of and was very good with providing information. Everything was excellent! It's one of the best managed treks I've been on with any company. Good paced trekking days with a good combination of long and shorter days. We were lucky to be a small group of like-minded people too, which made the trip even more excellent.

KE Adventure has come a long way during the time I have been travelling with them (11 years and counting). I particularly like the new website, with its excellent interactive features. I am also very happy with the support I received from the KE Adventure team before and during the trip.

We had an excellent trip in part due to the perfect weather and in part because the party moved at a reasonably pace. Both leaders were very knowledgeable about the environment (in the widest sense) and were excellent.

The day where we hiked over the pass and the view from up top of the grey glacier was amazing. Overall it was a great trip with stunning views, variety of hiking conditions, challenging, fun, educational, and a trip of a life time. Completing the circuit was very rewarding.

The Patagonia staff are amazing and all seem so happy and friendly and give such a great vibe... the food and service and facilities there are first class and it was such a joy to stay there. I WANT TO GO BACK! The Scenery was simply stunning! Such a beautiful amazing destination.
Ecocamp Patagonia and Laguna Azul campsite are amazing and I would go back there in a heartbeat (if it wasn't half a world away).
You definitely need to mention the WIND in your dossiers... Patagonia is the windiest inhabited place on earth, a good windproof jacket is essential. Drinking water is readily available everywhere, you really only need to carry a 1 litre bottle.

We enjoyed the challenge of walking in this beautiful scenery with glaciers and towering granite peaks. The trek allowed us to experience many different aspects of the National Park. The evening meals were fun and the welcoming Pisco sours went down a treat. The food and wine were excellent and varied. The leaders were very helpful and their extensive knowledge helped us to enjoy the surroundings more than just walking. One leader could recognise 175 different bird calls and spotted a pigmy owl for me.
As I had never been to the Patagonia region before I didn't know what to expect. As it turned out the beauty of the mountains and glaciers was a very pleasant surprise. The difficulty of the trekking was about what I would expect for a grade 7. We have trekked in Nepal for the past 3 years so it was pleasant not to have to deal with the effects of altitude.

Our guide (Chuma) was excellent. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, a great naturalist and climbing historian, known and welcomed by many locals on the trail, good sense of humour, dedicated to nature and the Torres del Paine area. He really made the trip the great success it was (along with our luck in having decent weather).
