The sherpas and porters were always amazing, we could never fault them! The trek was also paced well, there were just the right number of rest days and time in Kathmandu. Our food was always well prepared and plentiful, even if we didn't have an appetite! The cooks made a real effort to produce food that we would eat at home as well as local cuisine so everyone was catered for.

I particularly enjoyed Kathmandu because our activities there were so varied: sightseeing tours, visits to temples, just walking around the city, shopping and the restaurants we were taken to!

Obviously, getting to Everest Base Camp was a completely unique and amazing experience.
