Our Hotels were really good - excellent locations and perfectly acceptable standard. Some of the food in the Petra Hotel was not so great, it was fine but just a little bland. Mosaic Hotel in Madaba was lovely. Transport around Jordan was very high quality. The four wheel drives in the desert were great fun, cushions would have been good but a bit of a luxury! I loved the desert. Petra was amazing and you need a whole day there. We had a great time because we were able to re-arrange our guided tour to start at 7:30. This is much better as you can make it at least half way down the siq before things get busy. If you have only one day in Petra it is definitely worth doing this. Thank you, it was great!

(Group 2) I enjoyed trekking in Wadi Rum, though I would have preferred the walks to be longer and more demanding. I used KE personally for a trip to Pakistan in 2007 and that trip went very well. I liked the Jordan itinerary (nothing like it was being offered by competitors at the time) and the office staff (Lucy initially) were very helpful and responsive.

(Group1) Fantastic! The trip leader thoroughly looked after the group and was positive, enthusiatic, fun and professional. This adventure was excellent. I particularly enjoyed being in the desert at the Bedouin camp and climbing the peaks of Jordan

Sarah (our KE Leader)was exceptional. She catered to our needs, was sensitive to the group and tried to please at all times. She was skilled not only with the technical bits of the trek etc., but with ensuring safety and fun. The Wadi Rum trek adventure is the trip of a lifetime. Experience the beauty of the desert-its silence and its vistas.

The guides were outstanding in terms of safety and physical demands of trekking. This was stellar.

Very pleased with back-up support from Phil (the KE Schools Co-ordinator). The KE Leaders Cheryl and Rob were excellent! Coped with us all, kept us going and looked after us well throughout. A very well organised and enjoyable trip. Plenty of sunshine during the British winter. Just right as a trip for a half term break.
