Everything was beyond expected. It was a really fantastic trip and will be remembered as one of the best holidays I have had. The work at the school was the highlight of the trip and I know from feedback from the group that this was the sentiment of all. Will be planning another trip for 2 years time! Tomlinson's Rocks was amazing. Wild camping - the camels were the best! not stinky or bad tempered, the service offered by all, the food and the support workers - everything was fantastic. The trip went off without any issues and everyone was happy so there was no tension within the group. Rob and Lucy took a lot of the pressure of responsibility off me, as I felt that they were fully in control of all aspects of the trip, and this allowed me to enjoy the experience a lot more than I thought I would be able to. Above and beyond any expectations. Really excellent planning and execution making us all feel 100% safe - which was one of my main concerns. The support staff were fantastic! Everything needed was provided and any request was carried out and done with a smile. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The level of professionalism of ALL staff was excellent, esp Eddie and John. The food was something that everyone commented on, considering the facilities, it was an unbelievable success. I have never seen fussy eating girls eat with such enjoyment! The variety and quality of the food was excellent. Transport and drivers were very good. Everything was well timed and couldn't be faulted. Service of local agent could only be rated as excellent as all went smoothly without any problems. I took over as school group leader half way through the planning stage and I found the staff - esp Lucy Woods extremely helpful and efficient, making the process so much easier to deal with.

(2009)We had an excellent trip. Phil at the KE office was more than helpful. The performance of the support crew was excellent. We could not have wished for a better leader than Jane Godfrey. The highlights of the trip were the experience of working with the Samburu people to build school classrooms, seeing the difference that it made to their lives and the challenge of climbing Mount Kenya.

It was great to see Moses and his team again and I would like to thank Clive for a great trip. I would also like to thank Rob for being there for the students and the team when needed, his enthusiasm throughout the trip, making the children feel very relaxed and his great patience in the support of the group. I really enjoyed working on the school project and so did the students. We also enjoyed our trek up the mountain and seeing the culture. The experience in Nairobi was great. We would like to thank KE for a most enjoyeable trip and we plan to go to Vietnam North to South next if you can send us a price for that.
