Most enjoyed the trekking and in particular the visit to Sigyria and also Adams Peak. Safari was also excellent.

By touring all the places by vehicle we managed to see a lot in 12 days. I particularly liked Kandy and visit to the Elephant orphanage and the train journey. The trek in Horton's plains and ascent of Adam's Peak was of course the highlight of our trek and I was pleased we all managed to complete it.

Our trek leader and his driver were of the very best - 1st class. He was very well mannered, caring, conscientious, and strongly patriotic, and a walking encyclopaedia on Asian history, flowers, fauna and religion.
