The Ecrins Circuit - Trek the lesser known Alps
Holiday Itinerary
Day 1: Rendezvous at the group hotel in Briancon. KE Land Only package services begin with the overnight in the group hotel.
Day 2: Transfer to Les Combes and trek across the Col de Vallouise to Vallouise. We overnight in a mountain refuge (gite).
Day 3: Trek via the Col de l'Aup Martin to the Refuge du Pre-de-la-Chaumette.
Day 4: Today we hike across the Col de Vallonpierre to La Chapelle-en-Valgaudemar where we stay overnight in a gite.
Day 5: Across the Col de la Vaurze to our next night's halt at Valsenestre.
Day 6: We climb to the Col de la Muzelle and then descend to our gite at Besse-en-Oisans.
Day 7: A traverse the Plateau d'Emparis takes us to Villar-d'Arene. Overnight in a gite.
Day 8: Crossing the Col d'Arsine to Le Casset, we complete the Tour of the Ectins Massif. From Le Casset we transfer back to Briancon and check into the group hotel.
Day 9: KE Land Only package services end after breakfast at the group hotel.
