Visa Information
A passport with at least 6 months remaining validity is required, together with a Double Entry Uzbekistan Visa and a Single Entry (2-month recommended) Tajikistan Visa.
UK Passport holders
For convenience, we recommend that you make your application through a visa-processing agency such as Travcour www.travcour.com. If you make it clear on your application that you are travelling with KE, you will obtain a £5 discount off the Travcour service charge. Visas can also be obtained direct from the Tajik Embassy. As well as your passport, photograph and application form, you will need to submit your trip itinerary, which is contained in your confirmation of booking.
Visas are valid from the date of issue for 45 days and therefore can not be applied for until 45 days before the trip departs. Please be mindful of the time needed to complete the application process (which takes a minimum of 7 days). You will then need to apply for a visa that covers your duration of stay which is normally a 1 month single entry (30 day), costing £80.00. The Travcour service charge is £32.50 plus the return postage cost of £7. Couples will only need to pay this postage charge once.
UZBEKISTAN VISA
For convenience, we recommend that you make your application through a visa-processing agency such as Travcour www.travcour.com. Visas can also be obtained direct from the Uzbek Embassy. You will need to apply for this visa first due to the time restrictions on the Tajikistan visa.
A Double Entry Uzbekistan Visa currently costs £68 and the Travcour service charge is £32.50 plus the return postage cost of £7. Couples will only need to pay this postage charge once. If you make it clear on your application that you are travelling with KE, you will obtain a £5 discount off the Travcour service charge.
Important – when asked your occupation on the application form, do not put anything that might arouse suspicion at the Uzbekistan/Tadjikistan Consulate eg. photographer, writer, journalist, military, government, police etc.

TAJIKISTAN VISA
Application can be made to the Tajik Embassy in your home country or via a visa processing service. Please consult the Embassy or visa processing service directly for visa fees and details of how to apply.
UZBEKISTAN VISA:
USA, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, Spain and Switzerland
Holders of passports of any of the above list of countries do not require a letter of invitation and can apply for their visas directly from the Uzbekistan Embassy or through a visa processing service.
Other countries
KE will supply you with a copy of the invitation letter. You must let us know the contact details of your preferred visa processing service.
