Booking your own flights
The LAND ONLY dates and prices are for the itinerary, joining in Entebbe. For clients making their own flight arrangements, Entebbe International airport is the most convenient for transfers to the group hotel. Please refer to the 'Joining arrangements & transfers' section in the trip dossier for further details.
Flights SHOULD NOT be booked until you have received your booking confirmation and the trip is showing 'Guaranteed to Run' or 'Limited'.

National Park Fees (Gorilla and Chimp Permits): The permit to allow us to approach the gorillas and chimps at Bwindi is not included in the holiday price. The cost of the permit is beyond our control and is subject to increase. The easiest and safest way for us to make this payment and to secure your permit in advance, is through our agency in Uganda. This means that you will not need to travel to Africa with a large amount of cash. We will simply add the appropriate amount to your final invoice (at the prevailing rate of exchange) and we will make all arrangements for payment. Note that once we obtain these permits, this fee is non-refundable and for this reason, the deposit required for this trip is greater than our usual £200.
2013 Holidays - No Surcharge Guarantee. With exchange rates fluctuating widely, you are right to be concerned about tour operators imposing surcharges. However, KE Adventure Travel guarantees that once you have paid a deposit for your 2013 holiday and we have confirmed your booking, the price will not change.
