The dates shown are for the LAND ONLY itinerary, joining in Entebbe. For clients making their own flight arrangements, Entebbe International airport is the most convenient for transfers to the group hotel. Please refer to the 'Joining arrangements & transfers', and 'Flights' sections in the trip dossier for further details.

National Park Fees (Gorilla and Chimp Permits): The permit to allow us to approach the gorillas and chimps at Bwindi is not included in the holiday price. The cost of the permit is beyond our control and is subject to increase. The easiest and safest way for us to make this payment and to secure your permit in advance, is through our agency in Uganda. This means that you will not need to travel to Africa with a large amount of cash. We will simply add the appropriate amount to your final invoice (at the prevailing rate of exchange) and we will make all arrangements for payment. Note that once we obtain these permits, this fee is non-refundable and for this reason, the deposit required for this trip is greater than our usual £200.
