The support crew on the trek were excellent and the quality of the food on trek and on the junk in Halong Bay was very good.
Thanh (the guide) was basically excellent. His enthusiasm for what he was doing was apparent and infectious and his thirst for knowledge and to convey it was a joy. He went out of his way to help us find odd pieces that had been forgotten (candles for a birthday cake, contact lens solution).
We had a very successful and memorable trip.
Main highlight was the junk trip.
The jungle trek was a memorable experience.
