I don't usually complete feedback sheets (even if I have had a great time) as I find them time consuming and never manage to get round to it! However on this occasion I felt that I would make the effort as I can honestly say I can find nothing to complain about! I have had a thoroughly enjoyable experience in an amazing country in the company of a really great bunch of people. Thank you!
I particularly enjoyed all of the holiday! Couldn't find fault with any of it. The hotel was in a perfect location. We stayed extra days at the start and end of our trip and found the rooms to be very basic but clean/adequate for the cost. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Houcein was our local guide and he was brilliant. Very professional, helpful and experienced. Our KE Leader, Tom, was fantastic, very professional, great sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable and has set a very high standard for any future KE trips we decide to do.

A fantastic way to spend a week - this is a real little gem of a holiday. Absolutely solid support from the local agent. A great double act from KE Leader Tom and our guide Hossein in the mountains and Tom's stories kept us all entertained throughout. Exceptionally good food throughout the trip - better in the Refuge than the restaurants of Marrakech.

I can't fault Ben Walker as guide. Very approachable and knowledgeable and always keen to help. Great enthusiasm and professionalism too. A real credit to KE! Everything was absolutely spot on - even the weather! The itinerary was perfect and I had a really fantastic time in Morocco. I'm really impressed with KE and I would definately book with you in future.
I most enjoyed the guides (Ben and Hassan) - they were both brilliant and helped make the trip as good as it was. The food, although not hugely varied was healthy and very tasty - it's quite amazing what the cooks could rustle up in the hills. The banquet on the final night in Marrakech was superb. The itinerary was very well planned and the routes we took in the mountains were breathtakingly beautiful.
This trip didn't differ from my expectations, it exceeded them!
I chose KE after a lot of research on the internet. I didn't want to go with the cheapest outfit as it makes you wonder what they are skimping on to bring the price in lower. Also, KE offer Saturday-Saturday trips which means the least amount of time off and still having Sunday off before returning to work.
Some of the group members are already talking about Mont Blanc next year with KE so I'll look into that!

I can't think of anything more I could have asked for from our leaders Ben and Charlie and our local guides Mustapha and Hassan. Amazing guys and inspiring! I felt totally safe and reassured throughout. They really got to know us as individuals and made this the most amazing experience!
The hotel accommodation was good and we where made to feel welcome at all times. Food was good, considering what was available and that we where up a mountain! I enjoyed the more challenging aspects and technical parts such as using ice Axe and crampons. I enjoyed how we bonded as a team. Our guides - Charlie, Ben and Mustapha and Hassan are legends!!

The pace on Toukbal was in-line with our slowest member - a lesson that could and should have been learned by other teams that sprinted past near the summit but all with ash-grey faces. A fantastic trip with the summit of Ouanoukrim the highlight.

Absolutely loved it and another first class holiday from KE. Thank you KE for more amazing memories. Cant wait to book my next trip with you. I have used KE before and would recommend using KE to anyone (as I always do). There was another well known adventure group along side us and you could instantly tell the difference in standard. We had a fantastic group and amazing guide and the experience was awesome. I will always travel with KE. Just brilliant and I can't thank you enough for giving us such an amazing guide, Richard. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Having travelled with other companies, I was able to compare...this was by far the best organized trip I've been on, We were looked after, and fed (!!) unlike any other trip.

The leaders made the trip fun and enjoyable as well as providing confidence to the team when required. It was also a well planned itinerary with some variety. I hadn't been on a trip with KE since 1994. It was great to see that the standard was as good as ever! I am always inspired by the KE brochure. Every year or 2, KE seems to offer new and exciting trips well off the beaten track which no other companies offer. I am fascinated that such places as Lungser Kangri, Peak Lenin, Siberia and Colombia were being offered. The 'Explore More' treks certainly appeal to me and I would hope to join some great trips in the future!

Probably the best mountains days I have ever experienced. I was concerned about altitude sickness before I left but did not suffer other than needing to pace myself - thanks to Ade's advice. Would definitely consider other treks with KE from this first experience.

Having never travelled with KE before (but through personal recommendation knew you to be OK) - I was extremeley pleased with how helpful and efficient the last minute booking with KE was ... and how comfortable and trusting you made us feel. Our flight was delayed leaving Gatwick - which meant we arrived at Marrakech at 3am rather than at midnight. I was particularly impressed that the local guide was there to meet us, and simarily on the return trip home - our flight meant leaving the hotel at 3.45am - and again transport was laid on, and the local guide ensured we checked-in OK before leaving us. Excellent service. Jane (our leader) worked hard at trying to ensure the group 'gelled' - and spent time talking and engaging with all members. Her practical trek tips were very helpful and she got on well with the lcoal guide - Mustaffa - who simply worked his socks off for the group - and was excellent (with plenty of patience). Excellent holiday - with good information / briefs the day before so you knew what to expect. Jane went beyound the 'call of duty' by providing us with mulled wine to bring in the New Year - which was especially welcomed by the Aussie's in our group (nice touch).

Both Ollie, our UK leader and Rashid, our local guide were so helpful and constructive in the advice they gave. They played a huge part in ensuring that the whole group gelled well together and made the trip enjoyable, memorable and fun! This was the first trek of this type that I had been on and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the trip's organisation. I had a great time and would definitely book another trip of this type through KE.

Overall, it was a great trip, well organised by KE, and fairly decent value for money. I appreciated the fact there weren't many hidden extras in the costs. Oli (our leader) did a great job running the trip and adapting the itinerary to the varying weather conditions. He's a credit to your organisation.

Despite a touch of altitude sickness and an upset stomach this was the most enjoyable and challenging holiday I have ever had. Trouble is I now have the bug to do it again! Professional approach to all staff, beautiful surroundings and well planned itinerary balancing cultural aspects with a mountain adventure.

The staff in the Keswick office were very informative and helpful, especially in regard to what gear we would need to take on the trip. The holiday lived up to our expectations and I cannot really find fault in anything. Our Moroccan guide Hussain managed the support crew excellently and provided guidance and support to everybody on the trip. Shirley and I both found Carl to be an excellent leader who provided a high level of enthusiasm and support to all members of the trip. His excellent knowledge of local conditions and equipment was especially useful. We would be happy for Carl to be a leader of any future trips we may undertake. We both found this a very rewarding trip and would certainly look at booking future holidays with KE. I would be happy to recommend KE to friends and family.

The leader was excellent. Very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable on the area and the trip. The local guide was also very good. A trip such as this is often always about "getting to the top", but in this case it was also very much about experiencing and understanding a different (muslim) culture and how it works in more remote areas. The leader and guide provided a great insight into this. The guide also provided some "training" which has improved my winter mountain skills.

I booked this trip late as I had only just found KE, the response was brilliant and I was helped all the way by the admin staff.
Trip was fantastic, never been to Morocco before, let alone the Atlas mountains. I found it trip to be exciting and all what it said on the brochure, snow and trekking/climbing was great and also the team that I trekked with. Thank you. All was great from pick up to drop off, and the local guys were very reliable on the ground.
Hassan was a great local leader - his knowledge and experience on the mountains were second to none and everyone locally knew him. He guided us through some great terrain and got us all to the top of Toubkal and back. A credit to KE for employing such a wonderful guide.
I myself had not done this type of holiday with an adventure company, however this is to change, I found the experience to be rewarding and it was great to meet others that had the same intrests. Speaking to the others in the party (3) they had all experienced other Adventure travel companies and also found KE to be the best.
I found the holiday to be perfect in everyway and we are all looking to team up again later in the year with KE.

We enjoyed all of it. Marrakech was tremendous and we opted to spend an extra day there. The trekking was exactly what we expected - several longish days in the mountains. the two mountain ascents were tremendous with plenty of snow, blue skies and sun.
Our guide, Mustapha, was outstanding and a superb ambassador for KE. He is a leader who smoothly and efficiently organised the trek, managed the support crew well and carefully managed the expectations of those on the trek who were less fit than the majority. His enthusiasm for the Mgoun trek was infectious and we are interested in that trek for next year.
We had superb fun. Excellent opportunity to practice crampon and ice axe work without having to learn glacier rescue.
Comparison with the other companies showed that KE approached this trek gradually with an initially day walk which gave Mustapha an opportunity to assess our fitness. then we ascended to the Refuge followed by two days of trekking to the tops. The other companies went straight for the tops without that initial 'warm-up' day. We preferred KE.

A great trip, well organised and pitched at the right level for an intro to winter walking, I would definitely recommend this trip to friends. It was a great holiday, well paced and structured.
I most enjoyed the extra days spent around Imlil, mixing with local life, and the relaxed acclimatisation treks. Our guide was always cheerful, very approachable, full of advice and inspiration to make further trips.
