TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This is a competition to win £200 ($240 USD / €230 EUR) towards any KE self-guided holiday.
• The prize can only be used on new bookings and not on existing bookings.
• Entry is open to residents worldwide.
• Closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday 31 March 2024. Entries after this date will not be valid.
• All entries will be valid for the full duration of the competition (6 months). You do not need to re-enter each month.
• Only one entry per person, duplicate entries will not be counted.
• One new winner will be chosen by random at the beginning of each month on the following dates;
  • Wednesday 01 Nov 2023
  • Friday 01 Dec 2023
  • Tuesday 02 Jan 2024
  • Thursday 01 Feb 2024
  • Friday 01 March 2024
  • Monday 01 April 2024
• Winners will be contacted within one week of the draw and notified by email / telephone.
• If after 2 attempts at contacting the winner there is no response within one week, then a new winner will be chosen.
• The prize money can only be used on the land only price of the holiday and not on flights, baggage or transport.
• This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or a credit note.  
• Should the holiday cost exceed £200, the winner will responsible for the additional cost.
• The prize must be claimed and booked within 3 months of winning.
• The prize must be used for KE Adventure Travel self-guided holidays only. 
• The holiday is valid for travel up to and including 31 Dec 2024.
• Travellers must be over the age of 18 at time of departure.
• You must be suitably fit and able to complete your chosen self-guided holiday. If you are not, you will not be awarded this prize and no alternative will be given. Read about our KE’s trekking grades here and the ‘is this holiday for you’ information at the bottom of the holiday page.
• The winner agrees to assist the KE marketing team with pre and post competition promotion (such as a photo and brief sentence about themselves), and a brief trip review on their return. 
• KE reserves the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
• Employees of the promoter, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• The promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice.
• The competition is free to enter.
