Walking holidays in Morocco

Mighty peaks, enchanting coastlines, memorable encounters with wonderful people and a country that is fantastic value for money – these are just a few of the reasons why at KE we're in love with the magical gateway to Africa, Morocco. We begin all of our adventures in Marrakech, and from there it’s just a short hop away to delve into a rich variety of landscapes. If you want to conquer the peaks, then head to the highest point in northern Africa and climb Mount Toubkal – a challenge you can achieve trekking in the High Atlas region of Morocco in August, or as the perfect intro to mountaineering adventure in the winter. Beyond this, you’ll find the beginnings of the world’s largest desert, where you can trek along the edge and camp amongst sand dunes on an adventure into the Sahara.
