To order gift vouchers please email us at sales@keadventure.com or call our friendly sales team on 017687 73966. We will require the following details:

• The value of gift vouchers you would like (these are available in denominations of £50, £75, £100 and £250)
• Your name and e-mail address
• The name, address and e-mail address of the gift card recipient
• Your telephone number, and the best time to contact you during our normal office hours (Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday and Saturday 9am -5pm)
  

One of our Adventure Travel Consultants will call you to take payment for the vouchers and confirm details. Gift vouchers will be e-mailed the next working day.

Our beautiful gift vouchers are available as an e-mail pdf or as a printed card voucher (UK only). For the printed option, we will require notice of 5 working days. A £5 charge will be added for postal vouchers to cover print and postage. There is no additional charge for the e-mail voucher.

• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• The gift voucher carries the value stated on the card and can be used towards any KE Adventure Travel holiday with the exception of Polar or Southern Africa safari trips.
• Gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are for new bookings only
• Gift voucher is valid for bookings made up to one year from the date of issue on any holiday with advertised dates on the KE website. There is no limitation on departure date.
• No replacement gift vouchers will be offered.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
• Gift vouchers can only be purchased by somebody other than the person who is travelling.
• Gift vouchers can't be returned or refunded.
• Vouchers will be e-mailed the next working day (Monday-Friday).
• A £5 charge will be applied to postal vouchers to cover print, admin and postal charges.
• Printed postal vouchers require notice of 5 working days.
• Printed postal vouchers are available in the UK only.
