We are delighted to reconfirm our partnership with the charity Mind Over Mountains for another year. They are a charity who offer professional mental health support by harnessing the healing power of nature which aligns perfectly with KE and our passion for adventures in the outdoors.

Mind over Mountains offer professional mental health support in an unpressured, unhurried setting.
Their events run throughout the UK, with bursaries available to those with the most challenging lives. Ranging from one day walks to weekend retreats, throughout the UK and often in the Lake District or Peak District, their programmes bring together professionally guided hill-walking, mindfulness and time in the company of experienced coaches and counsellors.
