For two weeks, between June 23 and July 6, INOV8 want to see how many times the Inov8 and KE Adventure community can scale the height of Mount Everest, and they need your help. Join us in running or hiking as much ascent as you can during the challenge period.

To take part, simply follow the link below, sign up for the challenge and at the end they’ll ask you for your collective ascent for that period (which you could get from tracking apps and devices).

But why? To win a place on our Everest Base Camp Marathon in 2026. Arguably the toughest and most scenic marathon anywhere in the world.

The Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon takes place every year to mark the anniversary of the first ascent of Everest. Starting from Everest Base Camp competitors race down (while running predominantly downhill sounds easy, just remember you're running at an oxygen depleted 5000+ metres), all the way to Namche Bazaar.
