Terms and Conditions

• One entry per person - duplicate entries will not be counted
• Vouchers are to the value of £50 (equivalent in $ or €) and will be applied to the final balance of a KE Adventure Travel holiday
• Vouchers are non-transferable
• The vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
• Vouchers must be claimed within one year of their issue
• The winner each month will be selected by a group of KE judges
• Videos will not be counted if they contain explicit language, any nudity or are untruthful
• By submitted a video, you are agreeing that KE can upload this onto YouTube and link to it for promotion of the trip and 60 second video competition
• Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered
• Video reviews must be recorded on a KE Adventure Travel holiday and refer to the services included in the holiday
• The promoter of this competition is KE Adventure Travel
• Vouchers will only be awarded if more than three entries are received per month
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control
• Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email and telephone number provided at the time of entry
• Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
• If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted
• The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the promoter
• The promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries
• This promotion is operated under the rules and regulations of the UK sales
• Employees of the promoter, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice
